I went for my Orthotics appointment on in June 2015 but when I went to register my car the machine was either not working or not switched on. So I went for my appointment.
A few days later I received a parking charge notice for £40 threatening a charge of £85 if I did not pay withing 28 days. I am now confused about what to do as there are no numbers to ring to query the notice and the only voice you hear is a recording asking for bank details.
Something must be done about this cowboy way of getting money out of people.
