Advice on expected time of doctors' rounds so that parents can do their best to hear what is being discussed about their child
Agreement between the various teams rather than ever changing ideas depending which team had most recently been round

A handout available to all parents re facilities, parking permits etc. I was not told about the parents room until my child had been in for 3 days.
Some families totally ignore the suggested limits for number of visitors - one child had 10 visitors at one point who treated it like a family party - and nurses turned a blind eye. Others in the ward were unwell, could not speak to their own visitors, watch TV, or do anything.
