"Hip ops"

I really appreciated the sense of team work and that all the staff were 'regulars' . Even the student nurses knew the rest of the staff. The porter, the housekeepers were all part of the team. I really appreciated the quick response when attention was called for both for myself and the other patients with me. There was a sense of being an individual and known by the members of staff. The care was personal and very good.
