Having heard negative reports about Royal Stoke U H, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally professional and courteous treatment received during my out-patient appointment at the Dermatology clinic. The Appointment was on time. From diagnosis to treatment the Consultant along with their student and Nurse delivered a professional and caring service. I have nothing but high praise for this Department.
