What could be improved
COMMUNICATION
Visiting my father in the stroke unit.
He fell out of bed and we were supposed to have been advised......
We had requested that rehabilitation be done at L&D which is more local for relatives and his neighbours. The hospital was aware of this. I visited tues and wed. My sister took an hour and a half bus ride to see our father on thurs only to be told he had been transferred to Hemel that morning. No contact was made by the hospital to either my sister or myself.
