"Very disappointed"

About: Harrogate District Hospital

Woke up after knee surgery without feeling in right arm. Despite promises of treatment I've had none so far and although told it would be within a fortnight it's now looking like it won't be for months. Feel very let down. Tried engaging with PALS but nobody has even called me back.
