Whiston & St Helens Hospitals provide excellent care to all patients whether as an out patient or in-patient. Every patient is give a very high standard of dignity. Your medical condition test results and treatment are explained in great detail. Medical and non medical staff are always very polite and work to a very professional manner. I have recommended a Family Member who lives in Liverpool to be transferred to St Helens Diabetes Centre. This Family Member has stated it is the best thing she has ever done and feels much better about the care she is now receiving for her diabetes I myself attend 4 different out patient services at St Helens Hospital. I have also spent time on the ICU plus CCU and if it was not for the staff on these Units plus my Medical Teams I would not be alive today
