"Genuine concerns"

I would just like to leave my honest and genuine thank yous to everyone who were at a&e last night as I was treated for having an accidental overdose; I was speaking and walking very slowly, grinding my teeth and couldn't open my mouth, having switches and shaking, and being very disoriented by staring out into space, I would like to thank everyone for their genuine concerns, their kindness and loving respect. Plus the injection that I had was very successful, after a while of coming round I had many meetings as such with different people. I was then ordered for a taxi to take me home, plus the nurses were trying to resolve a problem as I was locked out of my house. Thank you very much
