"Great Care"

About: Colchester General Hospital

I arrived at the Emergency Assessment Clinic on May 22nd and although there was a bit of a wait for a bed the care from then on was first class. I was transferred to Langham Ward after two nights where the care from everyone could not have been better. The biopsy procedure was explained in detail as was the diagnosis also the treatment that was to follow so I knew what to expect. I was dreading going into hospital but the experience was so much better than I thought it would be. I must give a special mention to a particular doctor and Nurse who is like a rainbow on a cloudy day.

Many thanks for your comments and taking the time to submit them. We try really hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients, their relatives or carers. I would like to send your comments to the staff concerned, could you email me, using the reference “+ve Comment on Accident and emergency services 19/06/2015 15:02:41”, please so we can pass on your good wishes?
