What I liked

2 nurses and a linen lady.

What could be improved

The arrogance of some of doctors especially the weekend doctors! The fact that they dont listen at all even to family members needs to be improved. Communication. Some of nurses are fantastic, some of them are horrendous. The fact I needed an emergency appoitment made as an outpatient and still havent had one 3 weeks later and no one at the hospital will tell me whats going on is awfull. Also receive a completely different appointment and on calling them they could not tell me what it was for.

Anything else?

Room was cleaned once in the 4 days I was there and toilet/bathroom was never cleaned. One nurse told me that I and a problem I had wasnt important enough to be dealt with and then another nurse later on that night said the problem should have been dealt with straight away!
