What I liked
I was diagnosed with cervical cancer, my doctor and macmillen nurse have been totally fantastic. At all times thet have kept me informed of all decisons and have contatced me to make sure i am ok.
They have been wonderful.
On occassions i have been kept waiting a while because the clinic is very busy, but honestly who would expect to turn up to a hospital and be seen on time, not me anyway.
I have been treated with the upmost respect and with total dignity.
What could be improved
Just waiting to see the doctor in outpatients really, i appreciate things happen to make appointments run over but maybe keep patients informed a little more.
Anything else?
