I wrote a review some time ago about my beloved elderly and virtually blind relative. An apology has been made but there are still questions to be answered. Saying sorry and then still not having a policy for visually impaired patients isn't good enough.
Stating there are crucial notes in a meeting and then being told they have been lost or were never recorded isn't good enough. No culture of accountability.
Tell me why a ward of professionals ignored a visual disability. Tell me why PALS lost the complaint paper work.
