About: Birmingham Hospice – Erdington

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the dedicated and tender care that our beloved husband and father received during his stay at John Taylor Hospice.

It was a great comfort to us all to know that he was being looked after as well as possible during this most difficult time, in such peaceful and friendly surroundings.

Each member of staff that our family encountered was unfailingly kind and helpful.

The skill, sensitivity and kindness with which he and his family were treated will be remembered.
