What I liked

Very friendly staff and prompt service in being seen by consultant.

What could be improved

Cost of car parking could be a little less as when visiting regularly just for blood test these mount up considerably

Anything else?

Would always recommend the Hertford County to any friends as better than the large hospitals in the area.

Hertford County is a hospital that local people very much have taken to heart. We all thought that the old hospital, which had been there for nearly 175 years, would be a hard act to follow, but the new hospital quickly has won many new admirers. And by the sound of things, you would count amongst them.

As for parking charges, this is a thorny problem - especially with a major commuting railway station within a short walking distance. We try and set charges that are fair, but don't encourage commuters to leave their cars in our car park all day - thus preventing patients using our hospital.
