What I liked
Speed of being seen.
Being given choice of timing of treatment.
Being given a full explanation of my condition, what treatment I would get and why.
Being reassured of normal possible short term side affects, so knew not to be concerned if they happened.
What could be improved
It was a little to hot for comfort.
Anything else?
Very bright modern facility

Thanks for your positive feedback - we're very proud of both our new hospital in Hertford and of the high quality service that our staff provide to the patients who go there. But it's still nice to hear positive stories straight from the mouths of our patients, so to speak!
