"Excellent care - thank you very much"

I attended Warwick A&E this afternoon. If come off my bike, gouged my leg and fractured a rib. The level of care I received was nothing short of exceptional. A nurse practitioner and their colleague tended to my injuries and whilst I was embarrassed (41 and falling off a bike) they were kind enough not to rub it in. The radiologist was also extremely kind. The doctor who reviewed my x-Rays was also very considerate, inviting me to see for myself where the injuries were, and providing advice as to future care. The nurse did a great job of cleaning the wound. Minimal fuss, kind enough to soak it first. I'd like to convey my sincere thanks to all these guys; they made an otherwise painful experience more than tolerable. It seemed way beyond going through the motions; they struck me as exceptional people doing a superlative job. I can't thank them enough.
