"Missed appointments"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

If people have as much trouble as I have had trying to get through to the hospital, no wonder there are so many missed appointments, (Didcot Herald Wed. 17th June). I am trying to make an appointment as I have not yet received it in the post. I have phoned told them the hospital and department, then a voice message asked for my ID number which I presume is MRN: number then asked for a pin number, I have no idea what that is. Then phoned department direct then asked press #1 for mail box number, no idea, press #2 to leave a message then asked for mail box number again. Still haven't made my appointment !!!
