"God sent Angels - Ambulance from QE II to Lister..."

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

After been through a very nasty experience in the hands of nurse and the un sympathetic Doctor, we were pleasantly surprised by the support & help received from the two medical staff of Ambulance who took our son from QE II to Lister on the 12th June Friday around 22:30 hrs. They were supportive, sympathetic and caring. Please accept our profound thanks of fall that you did for us. Mr & Mrs Haniffa NOTE: Can we suggest that the management include ambulance services under ‘which department did you visit’ category please?

The reason why ambulance services are not listed is because we don't manage them - we hope that you got good care at the Lister, but we are worried by your comments about the staff in the New QEII's urgent care centre - would you mind emailing us so we can get our matron to speak with you about what happenned?
