What I liked

The staff were very friendly. whilst I agree the parking cost are a bit steep the very nice parking chap gave me 10p as I was short. Coffee shop brilliant with smiling staff.

What could be improved

Every time I come to a clinic at the hospital I wait at least 45 mins to be seen after my appointment. These have all been within the Gyne clinics. The staff whilst friendly when I spoke to them, were at no time apologetic for the wait or inform me when I arrived that there was a delay. Some common courtesy or maybe efficiency would not go astray. The whiteboard which is occasionally filled in with delay details could be better updated.

While delays in our outpatient clinics can occur, often for a variety of clinical and non-clinical reasons, our staff are expected to ensure that patients are provided with information when this happens. We're sorry that this is the case and have referred the matter on to our outpatients team to look at on your behalf.
