What I liked

I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole hospital. All the nurses were polite and courteous and all looked very happy. Having been used to almost being treated like a number at most other hospitals, this came as a very refreshing change. I left the hospital feeling very relaxed. The Doctor was very nice and the whole experience - having blood tests and x-rays - went really smoothly. I couldn't fault anyone. Thank you all.

Anything else?

It would be nice if other hospitals could take a leaf out of Hertford County Hospital's book - it would make such a difference if nurses and doctors actually made eye contact and smiled now and again, as they did at Hertford!
