"Make me feel like royalty"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Urology

(as the patient),

I have been attending the urology clinic for some years now, all of the people I came into contact with are very professional and efficient. Although I’m not always on time as I travel across from Arran on the ferry the clinic is able to see me and it all goes like clockwork. Not only are the staff very professional they are also very human and make me feel like royalty. They are all very, very good indeed.

It is truly wonderful to hear how well you have been cared for. You live in a beautiful place, but visiting the mainland can be challenging, so I am glad that travelling to the Urology clinic works out well for you. I hope you don't have any clinic appointments in the near future with the proposed strikes on the horizon.
