"Day Surgery"

Opted for this hospital for double hernia repair due to the short wait. The whole thing from initial appointment, through to operation and discharge was well organised, excellently communicated in what were clean, tidy and comfortable surroundings. No noisy wards here, own room, fascilities and very kind staff who were only too willing to assist all the time. It was very relaxed and I am sure that helped to get through the operation and back out by tea time. Food was excellent, home made soup and roll, sandwiches and sorbet or ice cream (lunch menu) in good portions and served at the appropriate temperature. Certainly would opt for this again over the choice across the road!
