About: Russells Hall Hospital

I dont think it's necessary to say why I attended the emergency dept but would like to say the treatment I received was of a very high standard. All the staff were very polite and professional, my treatment was explained fully and how to access my aftercare. People are very quick to complain about the NHS it's only fair that it should be praised when people have a positive experience.
