About: Royal Derby Hospital

I had my little girl at the Royal Derby in May. From the reception staff on arrival to the nurse that discharged me 4 days later, the staff were amazing. I had a rough labour which ended in an emergency c section and my baby in intensive care. The staff were constantly reassuring me and keeping me up to date with everything. The two midwifes I had we're so lovely, they held my hand, spoke to me like a person and not just a patient. I cannot thank them enough. Overall my labour experience was made positive by the staff that cared for us. Fantastic hospital, highly recommended!
