"Upset and disillusioned"

I came to see a neurologist today and even though there is a neurologist at this hospital that specialises in my condition I did not get to see them. The doctor I did see was very nice and polite but was also condescending and I feel did not listen to what I was trying to explain and I left feeling very upset and disillusioned after waiting weeks for the appointment. They totally disregard my previous diagnosis and I now feel at a loss.
