"No appointment"

About: Southmead Hospital

I attended an appointment and made it very clear to the doctor I was extremely anxious and in need of some help for my vertigo symptoms which I have had for 6 months now and felt like the doctor really listened to me. They told me they would organise more tests and rehabilitation in the next couple of weeks, that was a month a go and even though I have rang through to 3 different departments I keep getting fobbed off and being told I am on a waiting list for an appointment... not much help to me when I struggle to get out the house some days. feel very let down by the service especially when it seemed to be so promising from my first appointment. I would suggest going private unfortunately I can't afford to do that and will just have to wait for someone to bother to get in touch with me.
