"The best care"

I was recalled for further breast screening tests. Due to family history, I was terrified, anxious and stressed. From start to finish, I was treated with compasssion, understanding and given full explanations of the proceedure. Every member of staff was fantastic, trying to put me at ease, to reassure me and the speed at which everything happened was amazing. Luckily for me, I had a happy result and am ok, but I have no doubt that had it been otherwise, I would have had the best possible care. It is the most frightening thing to be asked to go back but be reassured, you will be well looked after. My grateful thanks to all staff.
