Saw Ruth Adams at BHC Contraception Service in Beckenham. She talked through the details of the situation in a kind and caring way, provided explanations in response to my questions and did a physical examination.

It was very reassuring for me. They provided much better information than I received previously in a local hospital. The team are dedicated as they stayed an hour extra as I was the last patient in the queue.
