This clinic is an absolute shambles!! I was refered here in June 2014, eventuially got my first appointment in November (five months later). After travelling for 2 hours and racing to get there for my 09:10 appointment I found myself stuck in an ovecrowded and unhygenic waiting area for three hours before finally getting to see a clearly overworked consultant who semed to want me out the door as quickly as possible, telling me to go for a few more tests and come back for a followup in 8 weeks time. Eight wees later and it was like dejavu, rush to get there in time just to sit around for hours only to see a completely different doctor, answer the same questions all over again then get sent for further tests which the previous doctor had failed to consider necessary. Again told to come back in two months time... Due to illness I was unable to make the next appointment so phoned to cancel and reschedule for next available...told by the person on the end of the phone this would be in October..yes thats correct, nine months in the future!! what an absolutely shocking waste of everybodys time and public money. My advice to anyone if your GP or local hospital suggests referring you here is refuse to be fobbed off as you will never get anything resolved going to this joke of a surgery.
