Clinic near home local centre good parking free! Very friendly staff made to feel at ease and comfortable discussing embarrassing problem. Advise and support offered followed by review. Contact number given for future if needed. Would recommend the service to others.

Thank you for your comments. 'Embarrassing problems' are very common in health care!

People often mistakenly think they are alone in their battle with bladder or bowel problems. One of our aims is to make sure people feel comfortable and can talk honestly and openly about the issues they are struggling with.

It sounds as though you've been given the advice you needed. It's good news that you'd recommend our service to others. Here's hoping you won't need us again!
