"A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

The reception member of staff acknowledged me instantly and I was booked in. I was called to see the triage nurse within five minutes of my arrival. I finally saw the ophthalmologist within 30 minutes. A huge improvement from my initial visit! I am very pleased and very thankful to all members of the department who attended to me in a professional manner during the many times I needed to attend the eye department. May I take this opportunity to thank the doctor sincerely for taking the time to explain all the procedures to me and involving me in all decisions pertinent to my care. All the members of staff do a great job and us in Cornwall are very lucky to have such wonderful and dedicated professionals caring for us. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heartxxxx
