"Worst experience ever"

About: The Whittington Hospital

I went last night at 22:00h to the urgent care at Whittington hospital and it was the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. I went there because I fell two days ago and my wrist was paining a lot and was worried about fracture. Waited three hours to see a doctor who was so rude. Their badge shows they were from an agency so I guess they were a locum consultant there. The doctor didn't even introduce themselves who they were. The doctor looked at my wrist and told me to go home. The doctor was also very rude. I'm a medical student in my final year and I know how some consultant can be super rude but I have never experienced this!
