"Friendly and hard working staff"

I went to the hospital twice to have a blood test. I found the system of waiting easy to understand, and once I went in for my blood test I found the staff warm and friendly. One one day there was a lot of people waiting, so it was a lot of pressure on the small number of staff taking blood, but they were still warm and polite.
