"Shocking"

About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

The description of the service on offer is laughable. Groups don't run, patients have been there years having made no progress in weight gain or behaviours. Staff are unsupportive. There are very few groups on offer and even then you don't get to go to them. It is far from a supportive therapeutic environment. The place needs to be shut down. It is the worst unit I have ever seen

Dear 'Anonymous', my name is Jane Healey and I am one of the Patient Experience Leads for the Trust. I am very sorry to hear of the negative experience you have had of our services and would like to apologise for this.

I would be happy to investigate this through the Trust's formal complaints procedure if you feel this would be helpful. If you would like this taken forward then please contact the Patient Experience Team on 0203 513 6150 who will be happy to assist.

Kind regards

Jane
