From the minute I walked in I was treated exceptionally well. Staff were caring and professional. I felt everything was explained and the care I received was fantastic! I'm not the best person in hospital situations but I felt at ease and looked after.My nurse was lovely so friendly and caring! Fantastic nurse! Thank you Lancaster A&E
