(as the patient),

I went for a second opinion regarding shoulder pain I still had after 2 previous operations elsewhere.

Mr Bale and his team were absolutely brilliant. The care I received was outstanding from the moment I arrived to the moment I was discharged. Everyone I met was courteous, pleasant and caring. Mr Bale and his team gave me a thorough explanation of everything and I felt as though I had been listened to for the first time in over 2 years!

The relief I felt to be informed that I still had a problem with my shoulder and it could be fixed was immense as I had got to the point of thinking I was making up the pain I still felt.

4 months down the line following surgery from Mr Bale and his team all is well. All the doctors, nurses, reception staff... everyone I met were lovely and helpful.

Thank you ever so much for all your care.
