"Dirty room"

My family member had op there 'through national health the carpet was filthy ,walls had marks ,on cushion in window seat was stained ,do they assume national health patients do not live the same as private patients because I can assure you we do ,in a vary clean home ,and I put my finger along the skirting board it came up dirty with lots of dust ,I don't think anyone cleans .the bed was spotless so that was one good thing the anethetist was very nice so was the surgeon ,but the hospital let them down
