"excellent care ar a and e"

I came in to A and E after coming of my 125 scooter with suspected hip fracture. All staff treated me with dignity and respect. Tonight they were rushed off their feet, i watched hoslital staff try to a locate beds for urgent patients. I watched them tirelessly treating people and could not praise them enough. I understand people dont like waiting but when you see the amount of patients they deal with and the constant phone ringing informing them of another emergency I feel they need a positive review. They were all stretched to the limit when I left at 8.30ish but as I hobbled out through the main a and e entrace sfter the doctor gave me the all clear and some psin relief, I saw a room full of patients waiting to be seen . I dont envy the long night ahead of them but I am sure they will give each patient the same excellent care they gave me. They all work as a team from the nurses and doctors to the porters and other lovely staff and the ambulance crews who helped me. Thank you all very much.
