The main telephone number was not answered over a two hour period on Friday12 June 2015. There was no way to leave a message. I am trying to get an appointment at Moorfields for my daughter Mary Heatley who saw a consultant at your site in March of this year after a considerable wait for an appointment. This is the third chase up complaint and still Moorfields say they have not received any referral. Over and above that I lost an expensive pair of glasses at the hospital and I could not even find a lost property office. It forces me to consider the honesty of your staff or agents.
