Visited with my 14 year old son after an arm injury. Firstly they confused his notes with that of a much older man, the cubicles were filthy and the xray person was downright rude, stating my son was a 'worrier' and 'I don't think he's done anything' turned out he had fractured his arm. They were ignorant and rude and upset my son and myself. My son was treated in a unclean unhygienic room, which I protested about at the time. Plastic bags covered in blood hanging all over the bin, dirty linen and rubbish everywhere. Thank god The Doc we saw was lovely. I contacted PALS on Monday 8 June, I was assured a call back, as yet nothing. Shocking. To make my son and I feel as though we were wasting the radiographer stone was rather upsetting, their manner was disgusting and dread to think how they would have spoken to my son if I didn't go with him. Again we attended again on Monday 9 June 2015 as the plaster was too tight. The doctor told me the cotton wool was digging in! I had to practically fight for them to take if off my son who was suffering! We then Watched as three patients were treated in the Same cubicle and the sheet was not changed on the trolley,
"Disgusting"
