I arrived in A&E at 0530 on 15 May having fallen at home and was afforded sympathetic, practical treatment and assistance from pleasant, caring and efficient staff both in A&E and the xray department Even though the day before there had been a major change in the hospital records system everything flowed smoothly. Many thanks.
