I had an appointment for a Colonoscopy at the hospital this afternoon. It is not a pleasant examination to have to go through but I must say that every staff member that dealt with me today from start to finish was friendly, they kept me informed of what was happening and were very comforting during the difficult times. The appointment was on time and I have no negatives at all.
