"Professional staff in a very busy Accident +..."

I was seen yesterday June 10th in the above department arriving shortly after 2pm. The receptionist was very professional, gave clear instructions and ensured that I was seen quickly by a triage nurse who performed various tests, checked with a doctor and dispensed pain relief. Shortly after, another nurse, again professional and friendly took blood before I was seen by a junior doctor. An x-ray followed, another consultation, pain relief and instructions to return again before leaving........all by 6pm. This is exceptional service in a Department that during the afternoon, had been used for a major incident, and was already very busy when I arrived. I would like to thank everyone who cared for me yesterday, you all deserve a big hug!
