"Could not have been treated better."

I had to attend the stroke unit yesterday. Within an hour of seeing my GP I had a call from the hospital giving me a very quick appointment, and explaining everything that would be done. I was attended immediately on arrival by very courteous staff. No one could have been more pleasant. The specialist was most attentive and explained all that had happened and what they diagnosed my case to be. The specialist gave total confidence as they were obviously very intelligent and professional in what they were doing. The nursing staff were also very kind and careing. The staff in the ultrasound department and also in the CT unit were great. My wife and I have had several operations or procedures in the last few years and we have always received excellent attention and first class treatment. Well done Colchester Hospital keep it up.
