My nan was admitted to Naseby B Ward. The care she was given was first class. The doctors communicated well with my family and the nurses/care assistants were amazing.

The ward always appeared clean and the housekeepers did a great job in busy conditions. Sadly my nan passed away while on the ward but I can honestly say that because of the staff she passed comfortably and with dignity.

There is always a lot of bad press regarding the NHS, you always hear the bad, never the good.

This is just a little way of saying thank you, and you all do an amazing job x
