What I liked

Clean Hospital, all staff seemed to be freindly and the consultant who saw me despite being busy did not rush me and made me feel comfortable.

What could be improved

I was only notified by letter on thursday of my appt on that saturday so a little more notice would have been appreciated in case of postal delays etc i could have missed my appt.

As for the appointment letter itself and the notice that you received, that was a bit tight – especially at this time of the year.
