About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

A very mixed experience , initially very quick and efficient book in. Observations and bloods swiftly done but then a massive 6 hour wait. Absolutely no communication from any of the nursing team to inform the state of situation, no apology, just stone faced nursing staff who could only shrug their shoulders and state that it was a "clinic" but gave no other explanation. Sadly chose, to leave , frustrated and disgusted with the experience. No treatment or advice given.
