"Long waiting time in renal clinic"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services / Nephrology

(as a relative),

A 16:00h appointment and we are still waiting at 17:40 in outpatients.

The person with the appointment is diabetic and still has to cook her dinner when she gets home.

I am sorry that there was such a long delay in the clinic on the day of the apppointment. . Unforunately we cannot quarantee that there will not be delays in the future If the patient would like to contact PALS on (024) 7686 5550 the possibility of an earlier appointmnet slot for any future visits can be discussed.
