"Appalling service"

I was there with my daughter couple of times to this a&e department! This department needs to find a way to improve it's effeciency! I understand it is a busy department, but surely u don't need 4 hrs , just to have a look at a child who has been referred to the so called emergency department by a professional. In both cases the doctor just needed 5 min to diagnose. But the waiting time just to get them to see her was 5 hrs! they seriously need to change the way the work !
