"A Really Supportive Response"

Having recently moved into the area, and having had good service elsewhere, I approached the new clinic with apprehension. On both visits I have found the staff efficient and very polite. The consultants were most attentive, and today I had cause to ring for some advice. I was spoken to by two nurses who couldn't have been more helpful and understanding, and was given really excellent support, an appointment for a fortnights time, and a plan of action with which I was involved in making. I am really reassured , after reading some pretty dreadful reviews!
